Welcome to Senior PrimeTime: Real Conversations About Aging Well, Senior Care & Family Caregiver Support
Aging is a journey none of us takes alone.
Whether you are an older adult planning your next chapter, a family caregiver trying to make the right decisions, or an adult child helping an aging parent stay safe, independent, and connected, the questions can feel overwhelming.
Where do we turn for trusted guidance?
Who can we believe?
How do we prepare before a crisis happens?
And how do we keep living with purpose, confidence, dignity, and joy?
That is why Senior PrimeTime was created.
Senior PrimeTime is a podcast hosted by Bonnie Keith and presented by The Foundation for Senior Services. Our mission is to bring real people and real conversations together to support seniors, caregivers, and families navigating the journey of aging.
Each episode features trusted experts, vetted specialists, caregivers, senior care professionals, and community leaders who share practical guidance, meaningful stories, and valuable resources. The goal is simple: to help you feel more informed, more prepared, and less alone.
Why Senior PrimeTime Matters
For many families, senior care decisions happen during a moment of crisis.
A parent falls. A loved one receives a dementia diagnosis. A caregiver becomes overwhelmed. Financial planning suddenly becomes urgent. A scam or fraud attempt creates fear and confusion. A family realizes they do not know what help is available or where to begin.
Senior PrimeTime is here to help families move from confusion to clarity.
Through honest conversations and trusted guidance, we explore the topics that matter most to older adults and the people who love and support them.
What We Talk About
Senior PrimeTime covers a wide range of topics related to aging well, including:
Senior health and wellness, family caregiving, aging in place, in-home care, long-term care planning, financial concerns, scams and fraud prevention, dementia caregiver support, Alzheimer's care, fall prevention, senior fitness, technology, social connection, personal growth, independence, purpose, and quality of life.
These are not just topics on a list. They are real-life issues that affect families every day.
Our conversations are designed to be practical, compassionate, and easy to understand. We want listeners to walk away with something useful — a question to ask, a resource to explore, a warning sign to watch for, or simply the reassurance that they are not alone.
Hosted by Bonnie Keith
Senior PrimeTime is hosted by Bonnie Keith, an award-winning videographer, industry veteran, and Creative Visual Director with decades of experience in storytelling, media, and production.
For Bonnie, this podcast is also deeply personal. After her husband Paul was diagnosed with profound dementia, she experienced firsthand how difficult the aging journey can become when families are searching for answers, support, and trusted guidance.
During that journey, Bonnie found a vital lifeline in The Foundation for Senior Services. Today, through Senior PrimeTime, she is helping bring those kinds of resources, conversations, and trusted voices to a wider audience.
